Kriya is a set of yogic breathing techniques and exercises. This evidence-based breathing meditation can effectively reduce stress and anxiety while developing a proper state of mind to comfortably and happily manage challenges in your daily life.

Meditation

Yoga

Learn pranayama or breathing exercises to elevate the life force to energize the mind and body. Further, deepen your experience and relax your mind with a short meditation session.

Prasanna Wellness is a not-for-profit organization located in Vancouver, BC. Our name, Prasanna (pruh·saa·nuh), is a Sanskrit word that means cheerful and happy. The mission of Prasanna Wellness is to enhance the mental wellness of Canadians by conducting programs in meditation, breathing techniques, and yoga. The programs in meditation and breathing techniques help individuals to effectively manage stress and anxiety to improve their quality of life.

With the sincere intention to bring a positive change in the mental health of Canadians, we bring to you wellness programs that are rooted in the rich history of meditation that goes back thousands of years. Further, to improve the accessibility of wellness programs and to spread their transformative benefits to the general public, we offer our programs in a virtual online format for a nominal registration fee to cover our operating expenses.

Our programs in meditation and breathing techniques are secular in nature and led by qualified and highly experienced teachers.
