The breathing exercises ground your mind, naturally providing a platform to easily dive into a deeper state of meditation.

The weekly follow-up program lets you practice Kriya and meditate with fellow practitioners and provides an opportunity to consult an expert.

What Do You Need to Commit?

Online Workshop

The Kriya Workshop is offered in a virtual/online format to improve accessibility and eliminate travel time and associated costs. You will simply need a web-enabled device, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and internet access.

No Workshop Fees

Our vision is to promote mental wellness with a specific emphasis on making these wellness tools available to people across all socioeconomic backgrounds. As such, we do not charge course fees for any of our wellness programs; however, a $20 registration fee enables us to cover our operating expenses.
