Learn asanas or yoga postures to improve flexibility, strength, and balance and to reduce stress and anxiety.
Pranayama
Elevate the prana shakti or life energy through simple breathing exercises with greater control over the length of inhalation, retention, and exhalation.
Meditate
The practice of meditation is integral to yoga. Experience greater self-awareness and a relaxed and calm mind with short meditations.
Follow-ups
The weekly follow-up program lets you practice yoga with fellow practitioners and provides an opportunity to consult an expert.
What Do You Need to Commit?
Online Workshop
The Yoga Workshop is offered in a virtual/online format to improve accessibility and eliminate travel time and associated costs. You will simply need a web-enabled device, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and internet access.
No Workshop Fees
Our vision is to promote mental wellness with a specific emphasis on making these wellness tools available to people across all socioeconomic backgrounds. As such, we do not charge course fees for any of our wellness programs; however, a $20 registration fee enables us to cover our operating expenses.
